Century 21 Real Estate

Oftentimes individuals between the age of 25 and 40 have the means to purchase a home, but not the means to make a smart decision. A simple 4"x6" direct-mail flyer was designed with the goal to create an easy-going, approachable invitation. Stock images were laid out within a mostly monochromatic scheme in Photoshop. The back of the mailer repeated John's contact information and featured his photo.
